Warmonger Rocket Launcher

Replaces the Mongol
Fires two rockets per shot. Massively increased fire rate, but horrible accuracy. Increased mag size and slightly decreased reload speed. Big blast radius and very fast rocket velocity.
Rocket launcher CQB!
Includes a beautiful custom skin.
