Turns Scorpio into a totally viable OP8 AR (Copy and paste at beginning of UCP Patch)
Retains Red Text Effect
35% Base Damage Boost
Slight increase to FR
Slight Mag increase
Slight increase to accuracy
Crtical Hit penalty remvoved (Courtesy of ShadowEvil)
