Turns the Boom Puppy into what is essentially a jetpack.
Features;
Flight. By explosions. Mr.Torgue sheds a tear.
Incendiary damage.
High fire rate.
Minimal to no attack range.
NOTES:
There's an option to make "Too Close For Missiles" have the Tomcat as a mission reward (on by default). There's another option that removes it from "Walking the Dog", if desired (off by default).
There are a few choices for what you want the explosions to do. That includes allowing it to produce DoTs or not, visibility, and damage type.
DoTs - Simply sets whether or not the explosions can produce Damage-over-time. It won't hurt you, but it can be annoying. Off by default.
Explosion visibility - It isn't horribly obscurring, but it you'd rather have invisible explosions, there's an option for that. Visible explosions on by default.
Damage type - Choose between whether the explosion in considered assault rifle damage or grenade damage. Assault Rifle damage means absorb shields can suck them up for more Assault Rifle rounds, while grenade gets boosts from certain skills. Assault Rifle damage type is on by default.
