Allows Gemstone Weapons to have a Gemstone skin different from their manufactuer (i.e. Garnet (Vladof Gemstone) Maliwan Pistol)
Optional code to have Gemstone skins from manufacturers taht do not make taht weapon type (i.e. Garnet (Vladof) Maliwan SMG)
NOTE: Optional skin options may not look pleasing as they do not always translate well from one weapon type to another
