Turns the Thunderball Fists into the Pre-Sequel Hard Reboot.
Features;
Always shock element.
Increased base damage and elemental effect damage.
Very large splash radius.
Additional changes;
+30% Damage (From the Pre-Sequel Community Patch).
100% splash damage instead of Pre-Sequel's 80%.
Note;
The Hard Reboot's Pre-Sequel skin refused to work properly, so I touched it up with something more fitting of a Shock pistol. It's also less likely to bring about a lawsuit from Torgue.
