John's Upgraded Legendary Ranger (Replaces Legendary Ranger)
While the Chaotic Neutral and Chaotic Evil Ranger mods are good and live up to their namesake "Ranger".....

I have always felt the Legendary Ranger was just.....meh. Waaay overbalanced with Kill Skills and the passives seemed to be totally out of character with the Blue and Purple counterpart. No one I played with ever ran one for any period of time....hence....just another piece of gear no one ever used much. AND....it used to gall me as an ex Airborne Ranger for 25 years.....Oh and I changed the Red Text to: "Rangers lead the way!" .....because.....we did!
