This is a Assault/Sniper Blaster Rifle

100% Accuracy
Zero recoil
Low firerate
Above average damage
Below average reload speed
15 Round magazine
Slow ammo regeneration
Shots bypasses shields
Never has a scope
Shoots a big charged shot when zoomed (Consumes 15 ammo and does x30 damage)
Slow charged shot velocity
Charged shot does no critical damage
Charged shot does not bypasses shields
