Description (from inside mod)

By Aaron0000
S&S FOREVER 8.0
Completely overhauls the Bandit manufacturer into S&S from Borderlands 1.
List of Changes;
All Bandit items (excluding class mods and some unique/legendary/seraph items) have been reskinned and renamed. This includes gemstone skins (now Topaz) and prefixes. Names and prefixes are based off of space objects and the like (List of Prefixes and Titles can be found below. Only "Bandit" thing that remains is the logo in the item cards.
S&S Weapons have been globally rebalanced. The stats should be fairly balanced in all aspects (minus a penalty in fire rate), except for the main feature. S&S weapons also have a 25% increased chance to inflict a status effect compared to other non-Maliwan manufacturers.
Legendary Weapons, the Tattler, and the Sawbar have been replaced or adjusted. Details down below.
Main Feature;
Main feature of S&S weapons is their "limitless" magazine. Weapons cost nothing to fire at all. However, holding a weapon drains ammo from your ammo pool instead.
Ammo drain scales with level. At level 1, weapons should be draining fairly slowly, while at level 80 they should be roughly draining at the fire rate of the weapon (give or take).
Weapons that cost more than one ammo per shot drain more ammo accordingly.
Magazine and Reload accessories would be largely redundant with the magazine effect. Magazine accessories now reduce the draining of ammo by 20%, and reload effects increase Elemental Status Effect chance and damage.
Other notes;
Tightened the spread of the Teeth of Terramorphous slightly.
If using the community patch, load this file after the community patch. In general, load this file last.
NOTE:
It is highly recommended to use this with the "GemstoneFixes" patch. Otherwise Citrine, Emerald, and Garnet weapons will look improper.
Credit to Exotek for letting me use some of his code to make the Serpens slither side-to-side.
