Turns the Boganella into a "Moxxi" Bandit Shotgun. (Uses Cyber Eagle firing mode, use the fix for the Eagle in "Stats/Etc.")

Increased accuracy.
Increased projectile count.
Increased pagazine size.
2% life steal.
+50% Critical hit damage.
Unique spread pattern.
Only spawns in elements (but should not delete non-elemental versions).
