Pimpernel Reskin - Designed to look like the night sky, a multitude of stars, mist, and galaxies, but also the sky in storm.
THIS IS ONLY A SKIN. IT DOES NOT CHANGE THE STATS OF THE PIMPERNEL IN ANY WAY.
The Court of Dreams is meant to directly compete with the Court of Nightmares.
The snipers will have identical stats when they are the same level with perfect parts.
Perfect Parts for CoD: Maliwan Grip, Dahl Stock, Dahl Sight, Banbury/Fire rate Prefix.
Perfect Parts for CoN: Dahl Grip, Dahl Stock, Dahl Sight, Pacifying/Damage Prefix.
