Tuned down Tubbies spawn rate (10% ->3%)

What do you know... Nel from the previous update was broken even more.. Fixed now.
Will update soonish again to nerf chubby spawnrates.

Forgot to Remove Pitchfork from Flameknuckle WHOOPS
Pitchfork Is now given to Nel in addition to his SkullMasher.
Nel's Magma and Invader Removed as they are given to other sources (Magma River/RK5)
Sorry for this forgot to edit some of the old pools Hopefully this will be the last edit :S
