Per my comment on #168, I'm removing the OSS-Fuzz support from this repo, as I don't have the time or knowledge to review and maintain changes related to that. Someone else can maintain OSS-Fuzz support in a fork if needed.
Specifically, this reverts commits bf103d8 and 9114067.
