1. OCFL In Person Editor's Meeting Logistics
   • Meeting Goals
     • triage tickets/topics into spec or implementation notes
     • determine what tickets we can group together
     • are there any tickets we can address during the meeting
   • Tentative Schedule:
     • Arrival in Ghent no later than Sunday Sept. 15th
     • Do the workshop on Monday Sept. 16th
     • Details TBD during the week, but we will have meetings Tuesday - Thursday
     • Full day meeting on Friday Sept. 20th that will end no earlier than Friday at 5pm local time (i.e., flights need to consider this time).
2. IPRES Workshop Logistics - divy up the work?
   • Dates: Workshop is Monday September 16
   • IPres as a whole is Monday--Thursday, September 16 to 19, 2024 https://ipres2024.pubpub.org/programme
   • topics: this is a tutorial rather than a workshop
     • Design Philosophy - history, philosophy, objectives
     • Implementing OCFL v1 - review of the specification, common challenges (object models, when to version), implementations, hands on (validator, fixture objects, error messages, etc.)
     • Towards v2 - version 2 use cases and discussion with audience
