Release v2.0.0-alpha.8 of the Unipept Desktop application provides a solution for a few bug fixes.

Bug fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where saving the functional annotations summary as a file was not possible (#255).
  • Fixed an issue where saving the SVG-version of a heatmap resulted in the application doing nothing (#255).
  • Fixed an issue where too many proteomes are marked as redundant by the app (#256).
