This is the initial release of the Tableau Migration App.

• Based on the Tableau Migration SDK version 4.3.0.
• Simple Migrations from Tableau Server to Tableau Cloud
• Various User mapping rules for migration:
  • Default domain appending

• Migration Cancellation
