Upgrade fails with libpam-systemd

Upgrading packages in 14.04 release fails, due to libpam-systemd package.

• Solution: either hold the package or remove from dpkg status will work
• Known platform with this issue: Ubuntu 14.04 release, via #63 and #75

Upgrade returns dpkg error

Upgrading modemmanager whoopsie vsftpd packages will return dpkg errors.

• Solution: create empty files for respective files i.e. /etc/init.d/modemmanager, /etc/init.d/whoopsie, /etc/init.d/vsftpd, as reported by users

Broken features in Ubuntu Mini Remix

For recent releases of Ubuntu Mini Remix (notably 14.04 and newer), there are two known features on Live CD that doesn't work by default: memtest and integrity-check.
