Replaced joy_interface with swift_interface in the ROS 2 project. The swift_interface now subscribes to a custom SwiftMsgs.msg, converts it into RollPitchYawrateThrust.msg, and publishes it. This message is then subscribed by the rotors_control package, enabling the new control interface.
feat: Added yaw control to rotors_swift_interface
