Just realized that e2e.yml doesn't really run any tests.

      # - name: 'Run tests'
      #   run: bats e2e/bash/icx.bash 

Maybe we can delete it?
Or we fix icx.bash and enable the test?

FYI, the e2e job used to run icx-asset related tests which was moved out from this repo: #380

@lwshang I've noticed that for a while but we could add some eventually, and then we'd feel silly for having gotten rid of the setup. To be revisited later, maybe.
