Load images from the BIA (GTN)

There is a tool for loading images from the BIA into the Galaxy history: https://imaging.usegalaxy.eu/root?tool_id=toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/bgruening/bia_download/bia_download/0.1.0+galaxy0

This tool should be covered by a tutorial. This doesn't necessarily have to be a dedicated tutorial specifically for that tool, it's sufficient to be included as a step in some other tutorial.

Maybe the tool can also be used in a workflow.
