Made compatible with arche-core 3.2

Adjust db connections to arche-core 3.2

Removed "transaction keep-alive" db queries - they introduce a dead lock
with a connection kept by the arche-core's Transaction class and they
are no longer needed as the transaction is kept alive by the
arche-core's Transaction class.
