Help Interaction Mode

This Interaction Mode works independent of the endpoint. It will return the instructions for getting the help pages for the other 3 Interaction Modes. The SMS template(with Keyword) to initiate this interaction mode is:

[SMS_KEYWORD<space>SUB_KEYWORD_HELP]

The SMS template(without Keyword) to initiate this interaction mode is:

[SUB_KEYWORD_HELP]

Example Interaction Flows:

  1. Configuration:
  • Response to Get Service List Mode: Return list of Groups
  • SMS Keyword: open311
