Configuring the Response Language

The SMS Response is constructed using Language Blocks, separate blocks of text which are combined with the response from the endpoint. These blocks are fully configurable with respect to their content but fixed with respect to their position. They can be edited through the Language Editor Panel.
Open311-SMS also provides the option of adding other languages. To set up another language, for example, Hindi, proceed as following:
- Set the Language in Configuration Panel to hindi.
- Create a replica of the table 'language_en' by the name of 'language_hindi' and set all the blockValues in Hindi.
