Hello,

I'm very excited to try your binning software. I just have a dumb question about the example on the README page. When you say "python concatenate.py /path/to/catalogue.fna.gz /path/to/assemblies/sample1/contigs.fasta /path/to/assemblies/sample2/contigs.fasta [ ... ]",
what is the catalouge.fna.gz referring to?

Should i put my fwd and rvs [two seperate files] reads that made the contigs there? Or is this a completely different file?
(I'm just testing this out using one sample so far)

Sorry for the dumb question,
Leone
