Have documentation page #270

The current tutorial.md should probably be a proper documentation page.
We can then move stuff from the README to the docs page and only have the absolute minimum on the README.
Advantages of a docs page include:

  • Testable examples
  • Documentation accessible through the browser without an existing Vamb installation
