We received the electronics from UCLA. Contact Peter Yu at [email protected] for questions.
The manual is in our group Google Drive folder.
According to Peter,
you will need to send a TTL sync signal to P3(Input) of the Aux board (you can test this by sending a 5V 10Hz TTL signal to P3), then once "l" command is issued, the P7(Output) of the Aux board will go high and DDS outputs will be turned off for a short moment. Switching P5(Input) of the Aux board from low to high will have the same effect as sending a command "l". Please double check the connections as sending a signal to an output will damage the box.
As of 2/3/2018, we are using the pulser to generate three TTL pulses, 2 to the trap, and 1 to control box aux input P3 to trigger it.
