Conversions between ebis documents and PHP

Aims

• Allow conversions between PHP object sets and the eBIS schemas for orders and invoices
• Conversion of valid eBIS XML files to HTML invoice/order templates via XSL
• Conversion of HTML invoice/order to TIFF / PDF for storage on accounting systems such as Sage and Kerridge (ADP Autoline)
