Skip ScaleBuilder.vue and MoseScale.vue because auto-formatting breaks those.

Looked through this. Only found minor style issues and an unintentional omission from the README. Should be fixed now. |

Re-initialize the project by running
npm init vue@latestin a separate directory and copying the new config over.Apply the recommended code formatting.
