Steps:
Download SonarAutoSwitch.zip
Extract SonarAutoSwitch.zip
Run Sonar Auto Switch.exe
Set your default config (This is the game config that will be used when no games match)
Add your games (Use only executable name or window title, some games only support window title)
Select the Sonar Gaming Configuration pre-set you wish to use with this game.
Repeat steps 5 & 6 for all your games.
Verify that it works by launching the game and checking the "Active Config" at the top of the application (If it's saying the default config, the exe name or window title is incorrect) (You will need 2 monitors or have the game in windowed mode so you can see both the game and the app, with the game focussed)
(Note: The active config is only shown when the game is the active window, if you are tabbed out it will show the default config)
(Note: Steelseries GG will not live update the game config in Sonar, without you closing and reopening it, however it is changed it just doesn't update what is shown.)
(Note: Added the ability to use a * wildcard in the window title, for example "Rocket*" will now match a window for RocketLeague)
