adding a new abstract type `InferenceMethod`.
inference method `JackknifeReplicates` in `jackknife_variance`.
`variance` functions of `bootstrap.jl` and `jackknife.jl`.
`variance` function for bootstrap replicate.
New data structures to support multiple replicate methods.
Updating version to `v0.3.0`.
