Performance Issue: slow RequestAuthenticator

Actual behavior

The web view takes 2-3 seconds more than usual to load a page.
The same page with no authenticator but with the cookies in the shared storage task about 1 second to load.
It takes more than 3 seconds to load with an authenticator.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

• Create a WebKitViewController configured with RequestAuthentificator
• Open a web page

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]
