Update the about page and welcome section with new work experience and skills.

About Page (app/views/home/about.html.slim)
- Add new job at Clacky as Technical Research and Development Lead.
- Update work experience section with Clacky job details.
- Add React and Go to the skills section.
Welcome Section (app/views/common/_welcome.html.slim)
- Add Clacky job as Technical Research and Development Lead.
- Add React and Go to the skills list.
