带女朋友第一次回家，一起吃饭的时候要注意不要夹菜。如果夹菜第一个心里受到伤害的就是母亲，年轻人常常没有顾虑这么多，所以常常无意间伤害了他人。
这反应了个人主义和集体主义交互的一个问题。为了不让家人感到不适，最好提前做好准备，与家人沟通好拜访的具体时间和细节。

家庭拜访第一印象很重要，但要记住，不要用第一印象论断别人，因为这不可靠，但要小心大家用第一印象论断你。
所以随时要注意仪表谈吐，给人家的第一印象是非常重要的，一定要慎重。人家对你第一印象不好，你以后要花很多印象来扳回，那为什么刚开始不注意一下？
为此，我们应该注重外表打扮和行为举止，但这应当基于真诚而非仅仅是为了表面功夫。

第一次去女朋友家要单独去。虽然一个人去但是代表的却是一个家庭，一个人去就表示你很有信心，有实力，你愿意接受人家的考验。
因此平时要养成很好的习惯，到时候要作假是很困难的。我们要重视礼貌，礼貌就是第一印象，但是要真诚，而不是说伪装来欺骗。
家庭拜访要准备礼物。礼尚往来，跟送红包是两回事，见面礼很重要，但不要太贵重。礼品在于意义不在于价值，有没有用心去想，而不是用钱。

在餐桌上，要特别留意餐桌礼仪。等到大家都动筷子，你才可以动，夹菜夹离自己最近的，如果挑来挑去表示你很挑食，你的心思都摆在吃饭上面了。
我们是展现我们的家风，主人也在展现他们的家风，当主人夹菜给你时，即使不是你喜欢的食物，也要礼貌地说声“谢谢”，以显示你的教养和尊重。
吃饭的时候快慢适宜，最好是多听，少发表议论，言多必失，祸从口出。话要少说一点，也不要一句也不说。如果有问题私下说，不要当面说，要充分给与对方尊重。
中国人喝酒拼命劝酒，就是在考验人家，他醉了以后就知道他是什么样子的了。但是第一次到人家家里面就喝的酩酊大醉，那这种人谁又看得上？

家庭拜访人家要尊重长辈，心里是要装着他们全家人，而不是一个人，不要跟女朋友拉拉扯扯这样显得很没礼貌。
当家庭拜访发生意外情况，不要大惊小怪，这会显得你没见过世面。拜访人时不要说难听的话，来者是客，不能教训人家。
在恋爱关系中，互相理解和尊重至关重要。不要批评或评论对方的家庭成员，这是最起码的修养，你也没有这个权利。通过这样的相互了解，你们的关系才能自然而然地发展。

人是由没有关系进入到有关系，恋爱是由良好的第一印象然后持续的对你有好感。
首次家庭拜访是建立良好关系的基础。通过遵守这些基本礼仪，你可以为未来的关系打下坚实的基础。
