it's a new "privacy email" service provider - https://tuta.com/

at the moment of submitting this PR, it's not blocked by https://verifymail.io/domain/tutamail.com but I've already let them know, so maybe when you will be checking it, it will be already blocked

As far as I know Tuta is a legitimate email provider. How can you create disposable emails with it?

It's a service where in like 1 minute you can make a new email account, with zero verification, for free. The only difference is that it's going to be your email, not a shared one.

For me, based on what I found in my apps, this is just a typical provider of emails for creating fake account and abusing free tiers, just branded as "privacy email", that's why I proposed adding it here.

Welp, I don't believe in the claims of tuta.com owners from #425

I see plenty of abuse from emails related to their domain in my services, and as stated before, there is no verification whatsoever, at least when it comes to free emails.

This is the whole public facing "safeguarding" they have:

You don't have to provide any information to create a free account, just pick an email handle, provide a password, and you are immediately good to go.

But I understand this is a rather gray area, where there are valid use cases mixed with abuses, so you need to keep it out of this list.
