This gives a richer set of errors, and seems to have the SCSS package properly installed, at least. |

In working this, I realize that we should really get rid of the lockfile for the library. It presented speed bumps in upgrading, as evidenced by the commits, and NPM disregards it when the package is used as a dependency. |
