Could not find any public access point for the ServerFarm

This error indicates that there are no public EndPoints configured for your farm. As a result, you are unable to generate an access key because the user won't be able to solve any server address. To resolve this issue, you need to ensure that you have a valid domain or at least one "public in token" IP address in one of your servers on the farm.

If you don't have a valid domain, go to a server in your farm and specify an IP address as "public in token". Make sure that the IP address can be reached by your VPN user.
