This is good when mounting the project for development so one can quickly get some data into the database.
Added homestead in the compose.json so this file is not marked as modified when homestead is configured.

I had some challenges setting up the project for development (maybe because I'm not "Laravel fluent") and while it is fresh I added some steps.
Additionally, I'm adding a SQL file containing some pumps to be used as test data.
