Spot Tracker: More>Create Mask improved
Mask creation of the Spot Tracker now uses the (averaged) flat field when available.
Added code to determine the outer border of the LEED screen (assumed to be elliptical) and to compensate for radial intensity variations of the input for mask creation, if desired. See the help text.
Minor changes
Spot Tracker bug fix: "Saving..." text next to 'Save' button now gets removed when saving fails (e.g. disk full).
