I used hugeicons:new-twitter because I couldn't find an icon for x in lucide, but hugeicons looked the most similar to lucide for the x icon.

I updated the Twitter profile link to the new link (x.com) to skip redirecting from the old link to the new link, and avoid potential dangling link
update the icon to use the new twitter brand logo.
