  • pip install git+https://github.com/usegalaxy-au/galaxy-labs-engine.git
  • Navigate to your lab content folder
  • Run labs-engine serve and click on the localhost link that pops up
  • See your lab page rendered instantly
  • Refresh the page to see updates instantly

To get rid of the github token warning, create a github personal access token and set the GITHUB_API_TOKEN env variable to the token value. This will allow the Labs Engine to fetch data for any CONTRIBUTORS listed in your Lab folder.
