Remove deprecated jsonlint package and use upto date package #1121

Description

I see an older version of jsonlint being used here which is using nomnom that is throwing some critical warnings and as discussed here zaach/jsonlint#103 the package jsonlint is not being maintained anymore. As an alternative this PR introduces actively maintained fork version of jsonlint with no outdated package being used.

Hey @sethstha , We had to revert back to jsonlint as the codemirror error highlighting (see below pic) stopped working with @prantlf/jsonlint
