Meshing scripts and files for MED work. There are 3 main pieces of work in this repo:

1. Generation of pre-refined cylindrical mesh, see cylinder_extrude.py
2. Generation of packed spheres in a box, see packing_generator.py
3. Generation of superquadric immersed boundary particles, see superquadric_generator.py
