3. Fixed Feedback Button
Issue: Feedback was only accessible on the main body page, limiting user input from other sections.
Solution: A vertical feedback button is now fixed within the app, allowing users to provide feedback from any page. Clicking the button opens an in-app survey.
4. In-App Survey
Issue: External survey tools redirected users to an external site, breaking the app’s design consistency.
Solution: An internal survey window now pops up after 5 clicks or 2-3 topic views, prompting users to provide feedback. This survey integrates seamlessly with the app’s design and the fixed feedback button.
