Change configuration for v2 of Ubiquibot

The new bot version requires new configuration elements, that can currently be found at
https://github.com/ubiquibot/conversation-rewards/blob/development/rewards-configuration.default.yml

These elements should be served within the default configuration.

Tasks to be carried out:

• add the required elements to the configuration
• provide default values
• make sure configuration merging works as expected
• release a new version of this package
