This is a playground cookbook for installing Ruby 2.1.4 on an ubuntu-14 VM, adding Rails, Passenger, and apache2.

Instructions

Install Chef-dk, Vagrant, and Virtual Box. Clone the repo, and kitchen converge. Browse http://localhost:8080/ to verify your configuration
