Motivation and Context

Description

Stack Upgrades Nov 2024

  • Update deps
  • Migrate ESlint9 flat config
  • Fix lint
  • Drop node 18 support, from 20
  • Add browsers tests

How has this been tested?

  • CI script run when push commit
  • npm run test (required install deps, and playwright browsers: npx playwright install)
