Description
This is based heavily on Matthew-Beckett's contribution in #90 (copy-paste really!). Resubmitting, as that PR seems to have stalled. Tested it too with iTAK and ATAK.
datapackage_get, that prevented the packages from being exchanged between iTAK and ATAK clients.
