Document Process:

Depend: subprocess $ sudo easy_install-2.7 subprocess

1. copy translate.py to path addons you want translate
2. create new path direct translate Example: ../path_addons/translate/
3. file translate.py line 5: change arg file *.po if you want translate another language Example for me: *vi.po (vietnamese)
4. running script (1) and view foder module (2)
