Untrack ".DS_Store" files and add corresponding ".gitignore" rule

Noticed that a couple of ".DS_Store" files (macOS Finder's way of tracking folder state attributes) had previously made it into the repo.

Also gave layerstack and svelte-ux a quick check, but they already have such a rule. 👍
