The maintenance update

Thanks everyone for still using this. This update fixes cowtab to be compatible with newer versions of Chrome. An update should be hitting the webstore within a couple days of this release's publish date.

The Refactor Update

Thanks to @metarmask for a huge refactor update. This has been a long ways coming, but university has kept me busy. Next update should feature balancing of fortune occurrence.
