This PR updates the trademark symbols (®) for the terms "Syncfusion" and "Essential Studio" in WinUI Charts User Guide (UG) documentation to ensure consistent and proper usage in compliance with legal and branding guidelines.

Changes Made:
Update the trademark symbol (®) for where "Syncfusion" and "Essential Studio" in WinUI charts UG.
